Easy Lemon Curd

1/2 cup of Butter
1 cup of Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
1 Egg, well beaten
1/4 cup of water

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, over medium heat, stir constantly until bubbling.  Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
