1 lb of fresh Green Beans washed, trimmed, halved, and parboiled for 5 minutes
1 15-oz can of Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz can of Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 medium Red Onion sliced finely
1/3 cup of White Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons granulated White Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients and serve, or let marinate. Keeps refrigerated for 3 days.
